	Ton van der Laan Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Worked for Unilever and Philips, where he held sales, marketing and general manager's positions. Was SVP of Global Customer Development and member of the Unilever Foods Executive in his last position at Unilever. Appointed COO of Provimi per 1 October 2005 and later became Chairman and CEO in June 2007. Next to this, he is also in charge of Latin America.
	Marcel Crince Chief Financial Officer Chief Governance, Risk & Compliance Officer
Worked for General Electric for eleven years, following which he worked at Stanley Tools (2000) and Black and Decker (2004). He joined Ontex in Belgium in January 2005. Worked as an independent business consultant during 2007. Appointed CFO of Provimi in 2008.
	Kurt Coffyn Chief Operations Officer
Worked three years as Operations and Supply Chain Director Europe for Barry-Callebaut, the world’s leading supplier of cocoa and chocolate products from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, he has held several key operations position with General Electric, worked as Operations Director Europe at Stanley Works Europe and as COO of Ontex. Appointed as Chief Operations Officer of Provimi in October 2009, in charge of operations, purchasing and the supply chain.
	Mark Poeschl Group Vice President
Worked in various senior positions within the animal nutrition industry, notably in HR, Treasury and Finance, as in Akey from 1987 to 2001. Then pursued his career as COO, CFO and later CEO of North American Nutrition Co., Inc. Appointed as Group Vice President of Provimi in September 2009, in charge of Iberia, France, North West Europe and North America, along with Citura, Provimi's global ingredients and feed additives business.
	Gijs Scholman Group Vice President
Joined Provimi BV in 1989 as researcher. Later he assumed various positions, as export manager Asia (1994), country manager China and Vietnam (1997) and General Manager Provimi BV (2004). Appointed as Group Vice President in 2007, in charge of Poland, Russia, South East Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Feed Solutions: Provimi's Global Marketing and R&D Organisation.
	Stijn Steendijk Director Human Resources and Change Management
Worked as sales manager for L'Oréal and Randstad for seven years, followed by seven years of Human Resources positions within Unilever. Started as Director Human Resources for the Provimi Group on 1 May 2007, and appointed member of the Executive Management Committee as from 1 September 2008.
	Sarah Vawda Director Corporate Development
Worked previously as Corporate Development Director for Christian Salvesen plc, a UK publicly listed logistics group, where she was responsible for strategy, M&A and corporate communications and was a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to that she held various senior corporate development and tax roles with large international companies including CORUS plc, the steel group, and Powergen plc, the energy group. She was appointed Corporate Development Director of Provimi with effect from 7 April 2008.
